Good morning everyone!! Today I have New Year’s Eve on the brain and while sometimes I love just curling up in comfy clothes and keeping it low-key on New Year’s Eve there is also a huge part of me that LOVES the opportunity to bust out my best dress, do my hair (or should I say FINALLY wash it?! LOL!!!), put on some fun makeup, and toss on a pair of heels with a glass of bubbly in hand!!
This year I’m REALLY in the mood to find the PERFECT dress to ring in 2018 and I can’t stop thinking about this blue sequin dress from Modcloth!! I mean, nothing screams ringing in the New Year like a sparkly dress … am I right?? I’m in LOVE with this dress, not only is it flattering but there is also a STRETCHY, cozy liner in the dress which means you can indulge as much as you want without feeling like you are trapped in a tight dress and, with the combination of the long sleeves, it keeps you warm which is also a huge perk if you’re not wanting to wear a jacket over your sparkly dress!! However, if you ARE looking for a cute jacket that goes with every dress, this tweed coat with the faux fur collar from Modcloth is ADORABLE and so cozy!!
I gotta admit, I had my eye on a FEW dresses from Modcloth for New Year’s Eve and found it hard to pick just ONE so I may have ordered a few of them … in addition to this sequin dress, I also ordered the following … I mean, you can never have too many pretty dresses, right??
I think this is the perfect little mini dress when you’re hanging with your girls sippin on some cocktails … or hitting the dance floor!!
Ok, this is one SEXY dress … if you’re looking to snag an NYE smooch then this is your go-to!! LOL!! I absolutely fell in LOVE with the V-neckline, the plunging backline, the scalloped hem and the freakin unreal beaded fringe!
If you’re wanting to be stylish AND comfortable at your NYE party, this pleated dress is for you!! It’s a stunning flowy A-line dress that looks pretty but won’t show off your food baby!! LOL!!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS … and happy NYE dress shopping my loves!!
