Jillian Harris Flytographer Gift Idea

I feel as the years go by and the older we get, we tend to need and ask for less “stuff” around Christmas time. In fact, it seems as though about 20 years ago, people only ever asked for items they NEEDED and now it almost seems like everyone frantically runs around buying things just for the sake of buying something for someone!!

Personally, I feel as though the best gift anyone can get is an experience and/or something sentimental! These things have so much more meaning and will be something that your loved ones will remember and keep for the rest of their lives!! Plus, not only are experiences and sentimental items nicer on the pocketbook … but, they’re also better for the environment too!!

If you’re on the hunt for an incredible last minute gift idea … I have the PERFECT idea to share with you today … plus, there may just be an early Christmas gift for THREE lucky readers …

My absolute favourite last minute (and extremely sentimental!) gift idea is … a vacation photography session from Flytographer!! Flytographer is an amazing company that sets you up with incredible photographers wherever you are, whether it’s Hawaii, Mexico, Europe … you name it!  They have carefully-chosen local photographers who will also share fun insider tips on your destination. Within 5 days of your photoshoot, you get a beautiful gallery of images delivered to your inbox!! This is one of my favourite things to organize when we go on family vacations and it’s also one of my most favourite things to GIFT!

Before I used Flytographer I always asked random people to snap a few photos of our family and you know how that goes for the most part … you get your camera or iPhone back and 9/10 times they’re dark, blurry, and out of focus … LOL!! That’s about when I would start busting out selfies and awkwardly trying to fit everyone in one photo!! 😂 I knew these were memories I wanted to capture but it was such a pain in the butt to snag them until I found Flytographer a few years ago! Needless to say, it’s been a game changer ever since. Not only is it nice to escape on vacation with your family but it’s equally as amazing to come home with beautiful photo keepsakes of your time together. I also find them to be very affordable which is the cherry on top!

We’ve used Flytographer in Maui a couple of times, when we were in Mexico, and when Sammy and I took Leo and Hayden to Paris. I’ve honestly loved every session we’ve had!! We have an upcoming trip to Hawaii and Arizona this coming year and I’m planning on organizing a session for each of these vacations!
