What a beautiful weekend full of beautiful people, family, friends!!! My heart is still pounding with gratitude & love!!!
I absolutely love throwing family events but since I tend to go a bit overboard I combined Charlie’s (my nephews) birthday with Easter dinner this year!
We started the day at Mass, then family brunch atQuails Gate Winery and then made our way over to our place to host an Easter egg hunt for the whole family & neighbourhood!
It was seriously the most incredible day!!! Delicious wine from Okanagan Crush Pad (my fav was the Cab Sav!) cookies from Sweet Bake Shop, that amazinggggg cake from Sweet On You Cakes in Kelowna.
As far as decor goes, I had tremendous help from my friend Yuriko at Vintage Origami & Classic Creations supplied the most amazingggggg floral arangments!
And, my biggest hosting secret – is getting chairs, tables, patio heaters and yes….Sometimes tents from Avalon Rentals.
And who captured it all? Of course my love Sharla Pike…Girl has got some talent!!!
