Jillian Harris - Spring Wardrobe Revamp-4

Morning my loves! I have good news for you … today is OFFICIALLY the first day of SPRING!! Eeeeppp! I’m so friggin excited about this! …. this seemed like the longest winter ever!!! One of the things that I get the most excited about with the changing of the seasons is FRESH colours, new prints, revamped decor items …. and of course updated CLOTHES!!! I feel like since I’ve had Leo fashion and shopping has not been at the top of my to do list like it used to. I’ve been adding small things here and there that I need or love but it’s nothing like it used to be. No more all day shopping sprees with the girls lol (or not yet anyways)!!! But then it had me thinking … if you’re looking to revamp your wardrobe as well, there are ways you can do this on a budget and to save you the mall lines!

The trick? There are SO many items that work for more than one season (WIN-WIN!) and I thought I would give you some ideas of pieces that work swimmingly for fall but EASILY transform into cute spring staples … you may even have some of these in your closets (or similar items) already!!

When you’re thinking of changing up your wardrobe I would suggest putting away all of your darker coloured heavy clothes but keeping your neutrals and light cardigans out for layering. Spring is ALL about layers, florals, pastels and pops of colour … something to just keep in mind. A spring clean will always make you feel like a fresh start.

Now lets get down to business and let me show you what I’m talking about. Both of the JH for PRIV dresses below are from my winter collection. BUT ….each of these dresses can be worn on their own for spring (thanks to the long sleeves),  add a cute little jean jacket over top to complete the look … along with some sneakers, booties or even sandals and you will be set all spring AND summer long!

Another great casual spring look is a plain white tee along with a pair of ripped jeans and cute converse kicks paired with a cute little jacket (like the faux leopard print coat) for those chillier spring mornings!

Many of you also know that I L.O.V.E. my peplum tops, so much so that I teamed up with Privilege to introduce one into my line (which is now sold out!!) BUT considering I wear them ALL the time, I’m always on the hunt for them and turns out Urban Outfitters has a great selection of them in many colours … I snagged the pastel pink and blue plus the white recently!

My new thing is comfy one piece dresses. Light, stylish, cozy – they feel like night gowns but look dressy!
